The space was delightful for the kids. With play areas nearby, within and close to the premises, the kids had no shortage of fun. Although the pool was not open at the time, we could see that it would be a real positive advantage in the warmer times. The staff was very friendly and catered to us - even helping with special needs for the baby. The rooms were spacious, clean and quite comfortable. We even had one of our family members (a professional pianist) play the piano in the lobby for "apéro time".

The location was excellent. Close to the Padre Pio shrine. Enjoyed the outdoor restaurant as well. Food was great! The hotel helped us in getting a taxi ride back from the shrine. The staff also gave us accurate directions that helped us explore San Giovanni. Antonio helped me well in correcting the reversal needed after we left for Rome. He was very pleasant over the phone and courteous in his email style of writing. This is a hotel you can trust because of Antonio. Always look for Antonio and you will be in good hands.

What a lovely Hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights, with family. We stayed In the renovated deluxe rooms. Very comfy and a nice size. Also bathroom nice and big as well. Balcony was great, to let some fresh air in the room. Was great to have the pool, as we staying during summer. Was nice and very big, with outside tables and great area at night to sit and have a drink, as they also have a bar. Had dinner at the restaurant one evening as not many places around to eat. Food was lovely, and staff very nice. Breakfast is continental, however that was enough. Will stay here again if I return. Make sure you head down to the Beer & Grill Restaurant about 200 meters down the road!

The hotel is in a good location with great facilities. There is a Pizzeria on site which is excellent. The staff are very helpful. There is lots of sitting areas in lobby an on-site bar-although it’s limited in what it offers. There’s also an exercise room with just one running machine. Breakfast is ok with some choice.

Great location, bus right out the front that takes you to town and also to Foggia train station. Great steak house about 200 metres from hotel, went twice and staff very nice

The rooms were a good size, very simple, with old style furniture, but clean. Great localization. Big swimming pool. Privet parking and great restaurant in the garden - call ' the Factory' - amazing food and not expensive. Breakfast was good, and with big choice.

The hotel is well equipped and in a nice location. Pool is very nice, clean with a lot of spaces and beds around. The staff is humble, kind and nice, inspired by the spirit of service. I have mistakenly asked to clarify the costs for extra cot in the room, and at the reception they waved this cost, to prevent misunderstandings. Role Model lady at reception.

The entire hotel was clean, comfortable and felt luxurious . The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food was fantastic as well . We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a brink from the bar. The prices were very reasonable as well. We would definitely stay again.
